What can the agents access?

Only what each agent needs, through scoped credentials you approve. An agent that summarises orders can read your order feed – it can't touch billing, and it can't see what it doesn't need. Every action is logged.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

Anything outbound – a customer email, a supplier reply – goes through a human approval step by default. Internal digests and alerts are drafts and signals, not actions. When an agent misfires, monitoring catches it and we fix it. That's what managed means.

What platforms do you work with?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, the major carrier portals, and ordinary inboxes are the common ground. The audit maps what you actually run – if it has an API, an export, or an email trail, an agent can usually work with it.

How long until the first agent is running?

The audit is a single session. Most first agents – a daily digest, a drafting assistant – are live within a few weeks of sign-off, and we start with the one that pays back fastest.

Do we need technical staff?

No. That's the point – we handle the credentials, the hosting, and the maintenance. If someone on your team can approve an email, they can work with an agent.

How does this relate to your training courses?

They're two halves of the same idea: agents take the busywork, training makes your people better at the judgement work AI can't do. Plenty of customers do both – and the audit will tell you honestly which you need first.
